Ducks in a Row

Here's my take on the one-layer bird themed card challenge over at Less is More. And surprisingly, my picture actually turned out quite well. I used black cardstock for a backdrop this time instead of the usual white. A sharpie was used to draw the lines and crayola markers to color the ducks and the diamonds in the background stamp. A very clean and simple one layer card which will be easy for the ladies in my card club to duplicate. The hardest part about this card was getting all my ducks in a row, straight and evenly spaced. I just eyeballed it, and the only duck which is slightly out of line is the first one I did on the right. A stampamagig would have been useful for this card. Hmmm - shopping trip perhaps?

Thanks for looking!

Lego works just as well as a Stampamajig Brenda (if you can pinch a few pieces from some unsuspecting child!)
I love your little row of ducks, it's such a happy card!
Thanks so much
